Ok guys, I'm in deep.
I tried buying a US$50 reload using credit card on my 3DS because I decided I want Harvest Moon: A New Beginning. Problem is, the card got rejected, and yet bank said that the money transferred successfully. What can I do? Using US eShop with valid zip code for the state.
