iPad 2 wifi issue, Need information

Hi , I'm a new iPad user . Everytime i put my ipad to sleep mode my wifi gets disconnected. I dont want this to happen, is there any tweak or fix i can download from Cydia to disable this and let my wifi run when on sleep mode?

This problem happened to me only today. Suddenly everytime I leave the ipad to idle, it will automatically disconnect my wifi. I realised my office router/wifi has just been replaced yesterday due to lightning surge destroying the previous modem. I suspect its probably the router thats causing the issue. TS have you tried using a different router/wifi?

Try to set static IP address for your iPad and also inside the modem settings.
