if you're custom rom flasher , u need pandai pandai make ur phone 'clean' before sent to service center .
Custom Rom flasher
- Binary count ( flash 1 custom rom , count 1 time )
- Yellow triangle when phone startup = custom rom detected by system
- Root user . unroot before sent to SC

for me , my phone bricked . i Google how to clear the binary count since my phone is appear : 2
plug in phone , tick somethings on pc . done .

sent to SC , everythings fine .

Same things goes to every phone brand service center , if they found that you've root / jailbreak , good luck

i don't see any wrong from the girls who work at samsung . you're just trying to make her susah je .
if your phone cracked and you can show some proof , they will definetely change a new housing for you .

same things goes to every smartphone service center .
eg : iPhone 5 - if you took a scratched iPhone 5 to Apple service center & told them that it is scratched when open box.
do you think Apple will 1-1 change for you ?

what you can do is , just prove to them .

i myself doing business also , if customer show me the product they bought is broken or scratch after some time using .
surely i won't simply change to them for free .

nope , even singapore telco is not change for you . as i know Singtel doesn't accept .
So which telco u mean can accept 1-1 ?

What i assume is iPhone 5 , which is scratched when out of box , singapore telco doesnt accept exchange for iPhone 5 .

for others product i think can , even samsung also can get 1-1 exchange . But only at Singapore .
In Malaysia telco , they memang will charge u , or repair for you je .
