They just released the player list. I'm currently at work so I can't link to it. Will update this post later.

When it was announced I planned to go, but another more important thing came up so I won't be able to travel to SG.

Good thing though, coz IdrA cancelled his participation. He was one of the biggest reasons why I wanted to go. I'll just be watching the stream.

Anyone watched the Blizzard World Championships on stream?

I got to watch the whole of day 1 (yesterday) and until the Round of 8 this afternoon.

All terrans out by the Round of 16. Sen went the farthest as a non-Korean. Protoss Korean won it all. I'm at work now so I don't have the names of the winners.

It would have been a better tourney if it had IM.MVP, MMA and Taeja.

The terrans who qualified for the BWC were "weak" relative to the competition. There were only 4 terrans who qualified for the BWC: Fenix, Maj0r (both of whom got eliminated from the group stage) and Illusion and LucifroN, both of whom got eliminated by the round of 16.

IM.MVP, MMA and Liquid.Taeja could have really represented the Terrans. Unfortunately they didn't qualify.

In my opinion, Terran is currently the weakest race. They fall to 8-minute timing attacks, and if they are fortunate enough to be able to hold this attack, they'd be behind through the mid-game.

Lolz, I dunno how you could say that Terran is OP when many pros think that Terran is actually the weakest race.

Case in point: Firebathero, a successful Korean Terran back in Broodwar, switched to Protoss in SC2 because of weak Terran is. He played only one televised game of SC2--He lost against Samsung Khan's Reality. He's now a commentator for GomTV.
