Is it possible to host own chatterbox and also guest counter by my own sql server, instead of using others?

izzit wrong section? it is still toward design right? including web page design.. etc etc.. i am not asking how to design the chatter box and guest counter.
Just that i need help to know whether it is possible to host my own, instead of having a crappy ad just for that service |

i found the program to host own counter bar.. it's a flash design.. involved some database setup.
