I just link my White to my Black 2. Luckily didn't have same PC name.

yep.. since this is DSi-enchanted games, so you have to get US version to play on your 3DS. Unless you got normal ds or ds lite...
i would recommend you to get from amazon us since they would include with tax (VAT) during payment... so no need to worry about custom.
