QUOTE Following this morning’s announcement, a few additional details on Pokemon X and Pokemon Y have come out of the Japanese media. Here are some choice tidbits from Pokemon Company president Tsunekazu Ishihara in a note attached to this morning’s Japanese press release. - In addition to existing Pokemon, there will be a large number of completely new Pokemon. The additions will bring the total number of Pokemon in the franchise from the current 649 to over 700. - Because of Pokemon X and Y, the Pokemon anime, movies, card game, and merchandise will “break into a new dimension.” - People around the world will be able to simultaneously experience “Real Play.” (I’m assuming this is referring to the game’s global October release.) - The game will utilize the 3DS to its maximum abilities to leverage its overwhelmingly beautiful presentation. - The game uses an innovative communication system that makes it feel as if you are playing with other players around the world. - The bonds between players and Pokemon will deepen, and Pokemon will become stronger with the new battle structure. - Everyone will enjoy the game’s scenario and music. Thanks, Game Jouhou. Sos |

Official artwork for starter and legendaries
and on the side note, there might be chance for new Eevee evolutions. Gen II we saw Espeon and Umbreon. Nothing in Gen III, Gen IV introduced Leafeon and Glaceon. Again nothing in Gen V.. So VI we might see something. Since II, IV and VI. Maybe once in every two generation, new Eevee evolutions will be introduced This post has been edited by malakus: Jan 14 2013, 10:53 PM |

DS XL and 3DS XL size is almost the same right if not the same? My DS XL can fit into my jeans pocket.
Comfortable, big screen and longer battery life. I want to get 3DS XL too.. maybe right around Pokemon X Y release. Nintendo might release 3DS XL bundle with the game too.. |

They come in pair and usually the opposite of each other. Flying seems plausible and female for ninfia. So her pair could be male fighting type eevee

Could be. I mean the closest type that new eevee with it's look and everything is psychic.. but we already have espeon on that... but then again flying seems possible.
With the X Y theme and all. Y axis being vertical, hence flying. X eevee could be ground male something |

Chill. Each generation have it's own flaws and Awes.
I mean if one think the ice cream, gear, garbage, duck pokemon from Gen V were designed badly. May I remind you voltrob, farfetch d, magnemite, grimer, krabby, caterpie. No need to be bias or hypocrite about Gen. Each Gen has its own weird pokemon |

QUOTE(Rei7 @ Mar 18 2013, 12:00 PM) I'm always looking forward to all those cool type pokemons. What I usually want to know would be Dragon Types, the 3 Legendary pokemons, rock types and fire types. Yeah, Forgot about the dragon/pseudo legendary pokemons. Surprisingly last Gen there are two of pseudo.. The hydra and Haxorus.. This Gen I wonder which dragons would make it in.I was hoping for new dragon combo like water/dragon or maybe rock/dragon. I never really found any use for rock type, mainly due their low speed. As for Fire, the last Gen fire type still close to my heart. I mean, who can forget Houndoom? One of the coolest fire type pokemon that could take Chandelure with monster spattack face on. As for electric type, I'm eager to see my shiny shinx in the glory of 3D |

To me the Generation that have the biggest impact on me is Gen II, I played Gen I-Gen V too, but it's not the same as Gen II because Gen II was the first pokemon game ever for me. It create that special first time feeling. I can play all pokemon games out there be it 2D or 3D but I don't think any can top that feeling when professor elm give me my first totodile... I'm sure that what every nostagiamania out there who claim Gen I was it, thats it. No other pokemon game can top it off.
But.. Well pokemon games the main title at least stayed true to it's root. The same kind of adventure every Gen. A little boy, single mother who lives in the kitchen, set off on an adventure, 3 pokemons choose 1, 8 gym, 4 elite, 1 champion.. it's still that same thing over and over again.. So.. It's like growing up, we're still we, just.. grown up. Pokemon is still pokemon, it's still the same, the look change but deep down it's still the same thing. As for the starters, If I want to complain anything to it.. Hmm let me think. It's too simple maybe? Well I've got nothing.. Because I usually don't go for first stage evolution.. I want to see the third, like how we like Charizard over Charmander.. Keep the opinion flowing, don't be shy. It's not like you insulted us personally or anything. Just your honest opinion that maybe too soon. ------- I've never played Pokemon dungeon series.. |
