i ws thinking this for quite a while ..
since all high lvl gems wont be dropped can must be crafted .

why is the price in AH for gems is lower than crafting it yourself ?
nobody will sell things lower than production cost , right ?
or am i missing something?

however, things just do not sum up ,,

i understand that some ppl may remove gems from purchased items and sell gems at cheap price .. but if you consider how many of them doing this .. it will not have a sufficient impact in decreasing prices of gems and buyers definitely are more than sellers which sell removed gems..

p/s my 0.02 cents from my noob D3 experience ... or have i overlooked something ?

but juz now , curiosity brought me over to the gem page in AH.
and i noticed that for flawless square emerald(where u can find anywhere around from drops ) are selling at 4 k each !
ruby ard 400 , other two around 100 ..
is it normal ?

cos i had been keeping it ever since i started playing , and not crafting gems cos buying seems cheaper . thus dunno what to do with it , thought of seliing to merchant but than i went check at AH and got the surprise

guys,, i dont really understand the gem price..
when i checked the price , it showed average last 10 trades 2,550,average last day trade 6200 , when i buy 100 pcs , it costs me around 5 k each ... how to get the 2550 price ?

did stock some FS emerald at less than 2k each ... but after some calculations seems like I earn more if I just sell them as FS but not RS ...
