But since u're using a WD and mention that u can't afford a boots with MS and AR. I don't think getting a lacuni would be worth it cuz those bracers are crazily expensive. The best bet for your case IMO is Tyrael or just stick with a 12 percent MS.
Ever considered using ZUni MArrow? It seems to be extremely popular with WD.
