 Ipad 2 Cant Play music from PC's Library

Hi Guys.
My ipad2 cant play the music that are in my pc's itunes library.
Home Sharing are both turned on, on the same apple id and same wifi network.
It works when i turn the home sharing on/off. But then again once i exit my itunes, i cant play the music again.
Im on ios 6.
Helps are appreciated.

The iTunes software on your PC has to be open or minimized to work. Once you exit, that also means you turn off home sharing on your PC.

I did.
Tried to turn the homesharing at ipad on/off, the albums all appear again.
Then it went missing again when i restart the pc

That is what I meant. When you restart PC, you have to open your iTunes software on your PC. Basically, leave your iTunes software open or minimized.
