QUOTE(EDDIE DEL10 @ Oct 9 2012, 04:22 PM) Can any sifus teach me how to make a swap where your ext sdcard become internal storage..(takut x muat HD game dlm 16GB)sorry for noob question, i want to learn the step..takut my hand soo gatal and buy the 16GB noteII early, plan 2 wait for 32GB but dunno yet if i can tahan LOL.. tat method abit dangerous, based on comment by users, it quite complex and if anything were to go wrong, factory rest your entire phone is the only option App2SD doesn't work from Samsung S3 onward http://www.jayceooi.com/2012/06/25/how-to-...ternal-sd-card/ try this instead, I tested to work on S3, so technically note 2 should be no problem. But seeing the comment, i would not say it a 100% success rate This post has been edited by thpace: Oct 9 2012, 04:35 PM |

QUOTE(Cynox @ Oct 9 2012, 04:40 PM) can always test see. I dont see any danger going below the rated current. If going higher, then it you should be more carefull and it might over current the charging chipset |

QUOTE(EDDIE DEL10 @ Oct 9 2012, 05:04 PM) I dont think one game can reach 16GB. No offence, but i thinking buying a phone sole purpose just to play game is a bit waste of $$$If a few games to help relax, sure. i seen some ppl buy iphone 4S just to play game and seldom use it for any phone related matter. When i ask, why not you get ipod instead. The answer was, Ipod no standard, Iphone sound fancy abit |

QUOTE(UpCar @ Oct 9 2012, 05:24 PM) honestly i dont think you need a sole purpose to buy any phone. my close buddy is a hardcore gamer on his mobile phone. he buys GLU credits even. and that's all he does with his gnote. game and game and game. he doesnt even bother about whatsapp. ok what. nothing wrong also. not wrong, just my point of view |

QUOTE(joytest @ Oct 9 2012, 08:02 PM) Actually the SDXC standard specifies up to 128TB if I'm not mistaken. This was to overcome FAT32 limitations with the new exFAT file system. 128TB is not possible for SDXC is not possible. It current limit only up to 2TB.Technically speaking you CAN put a 128TB card into your device since it is supported by the standard, but I suppose it will take 1 whole day (figure plucked from sky ok) for the Note to even READ the contents to be listed. If the device read algorithm is smart enough, then I suppose we can all carry multi-TB in our pockets in the not too distant future. |

QUOTE(edan1979 @ Oct 9 2012, 08:50 PM) malaysia sme always bring small memory one... donno why they dont want to bring the bigger capacity version simple.. no market. How many users in malaysia would want a 32Gb or 64GB version. Mayb 100, the most i would give 1000 users within the first few months. By next year they will introducing new modal. Buying SDXC card is much cheaper than getting those 32gb or 64 version anyway. So market wise 1000 user is just not worth it to bring those version early or even to introduce it to the market. This different story for big country like US. |

Malaysia market for 32gb is very low in demand ..compare to oversea customer.. Like s3 , last few months samsung did bring in 32gb for s3 ..but the demand here is super slow .. No market.. No point bring it when the stock will just be white goods whre it just stay at retailers for a long time before selling |

QUOTE(gouken @ Oct 10 2012, 02:23 AM) for me, i was thinking either getting GNOTE2 or wait for the next Nexus. I always prefer stock Android and I don't like any of those skins (SenseUI, TouchWiz) but the GNOTE 2 is for once is different and i applaud Samsung for their effort in adding real value with the apps like S-Pen. The other reason is the NEXUS will never have a screen this size and the bigger the better for me since I hardly use phone but only reading, productivity works. Third like what you said, battery life. based on certain review, samsung have tone down their touchwiz. Last time touchwiz totaly unbearable. Now they saying it much beterfinished flashing, multi-window goodness » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

Maybe some one with Note 2 in their hand can do a guide how to root, flash, add CWM etc etc
Guide is easily available on xda, but at some hands on guide by local users can make the current guide more idiot-proof. Hope some one will do it soon seeing the device is launching |

QUOTE(Cynox @ Oct 10 2012, 02:33 PM) dun bet on it. If tomorrow Samsung Malaysia announce that Note II only be sold starting end of month, for sure the AP prices will shoot up immediately. They are selling AP lower now becoz tomorrow is local SME set announcement date, they scare to hold too many stocks, so clear them cheaper and asap. Looking at some of the AP sellers' photo, they sure took in a lot of Note II stock for the first batch. true true but dont put too high hope tat SME price will drop as fast as AP.
