i want try to use it naked but scare if drop will scratch it

i went to Langkawi recently with GlasT on my phone, and had sand on my finger tips didnt realise (or maybe sand in pocket) from the beach. scratched gashes so deep into the GlasT i could actually catch the scratch with my nails.

GlasT is good. Just dont go to the beach with it. Sand owns ANY glass. I wouldnt bet on the Gorilla standing up to sand either

another possibility... telcos have no budget for Note II promo/ ads. everything's been diverted to iphone5. it is a possibility as having two major events by a telco on the same month can be 'silly'. so, between note 2 and iphone 5... no prizes for guessing which one gets sidelined.

Well we have Value First which is at RM30 so take that one + Internet Plan 1GB RM40 = RM78 per month. That one better than RM98 per month

Do Consider the u mobile

FYI now umobile have a deal with maxis, when u go outside umobile coverage area, u will roam on maxis network 2G and 3G. previously with celcom only 2G.

Right ! U Mobile only if you are always in their coverage areas
If you are always on the move across the country , you will curse U Mobile . Especially when you need your phone for work related matters at that urgent time , you have poor 3G coverage and you are unable to download your email attachments or sent out - you will really start cursing than. Sometimes these type of issues could mean a sales loss of several hundred thousands
In their covered areas , I must say theirs download speeds is more superior than Maxis
I used Maxis as my main line as anyway i go in the country, even remote kampung in Pahang and east coast i always has 3G coverage - it has never failed me unlike Celcom while Digi is the worst

simple, buy a umobile prepaid card at 7-11, subscribe the daily internet plan, test all the place u hang out often and check the speed test., currently umobile coverage = maxis as they share the infrastructure already. even at some city, umobile speed will b faster then maxis, mayb due to not much ppl using it so not that congested as maxis.

so base on my few months experience with umobile, if maxis no line = umobile no line. if maxis speedtest  5Mbps, umobile will b either around the same, or much faster!

you're in Klang Valley?
So far at the major parts in Klang Valley is 90% covered i can say.
Never seen my coverage drop to Edge so far (minus the upgrading days)

Buying such a expensive phone and not knowing what is Custom ROM and flashing?  Like digging own grave yart....

Its time for me to change my phone and Samsung Galaxy Note II just comes in time. Yeah!!

Actually u can monitor Data Usage in the Setting itself since ICS.
Besides that, u can download 3rd party apps in the Play Store to monitor ur data usage & block the data if reached quota. For example, 3G Watchdog.

Kinda feels like suddenly here become Kopitiam alrdy... lolx... peace...

oic.  Nope, the Maxis S3 MOC offer of RM599 need to sign up about RM148 monthly (call+data), can't remember exactly the proportion but definitely not RM50+RM48.  But i am very sure they offer S3 for RM999  for RM30 value first + RM68 3GB data to those MOC member if they dun want to commit so much monthly - the exact same RM999 offer to those early birds who manage to snap up  S3 on day 1 of the S3 launching.

So basically for Maxis S3 offer, unless you are really heavy users and sign up for RM148 monthly commitment, you get the same offer as other early birds.  Just that you no need to camp for the S3 during the launch.
