No CWM Manager oso okay as long got CWM recovery. But i notice Chainfire stop built custom CWM recovery since Jellybeans release.

From what i read..each time using Chenglu CWM..binary increase. So each time had to use TriangleAway for reset. Hope the new CWM wont break the partition again

Easiest use chenglu one step only you have root n cwm
Than use triangleaway to remove flash counter
The cwm is working well n have tested backup n restore
Flashing updated official rom using odin in PC will not raise counter
If you just root using chainfire method you can use mobile odin to install chenglu cwm. That is long way no purpose as you still need to remove flash  counter
So far some xda users reported flash counter increased even using mobile odin to flash official stock rom really strange but use triangleaway to remove it

Just flash any country firmware that end with xxalji

One of the video about rooting on XDA said that after root, we won't be able to get OTA updates anymore unless install back stock recovery.

when check for update..the message pop up.."your device has been modified..software update not available"

it wrote there " the device does not have a real primary external storage, or primary external storage is emulated.
Moving app to sd fucntion may not be supported by this device "

Got my Note 2 yesterday evening. A set from Turkey. And I flashed to Oct Malaysia firmware. And now it's running good. Very good performance. No lags so far after I installed about 30+ apps with 200+ pics and 10+ videos. Best phone I've ever used. Currently only using Crystal Nillkin SP for temporary protection. Waiting for SPG Glas.T or invinsible SP like u guys talked about

well after applying it u will see a very shiny layer on top of ur screen..and the coating be more visible after 48 hours...and the surface is very very slick n smooth..doesnt effect any multitouch point/screen response is very good..its much better than Glas.T coz when applying no need to worry about mis-aligning the SP or dust got into the sp as ther is no physical SP!!! not i am saying Glas.T is not good as i also previously used Glas.T but its a hassle when it comes to applying it..and it cost u a condo lols..(jk) well seriously Glas.T is very expensive and i actually bought 2nd piece when my 1st one spoiled.for kristall its just easy as ABC..and have nothing to worry about when applying it.and i actually run some "test" such as scratch it with keys,penknives etc...and its actually is not a finger print magnet and the screen is so CLEAR...well nuf said..u should try it yourself to believe it..try contact the seller ur self maybe he will give u some kind of special price..lols..cheers

The 'smear' is considered as a light leak due to the semi transparent polycarbonate plastic. Same case on my white S3
