I just saw 32gb s3 in 1u. Rm400 difference....not worth it especially since we can expand unlike a certain fruit company and many others.

Given normal industry pricing practice, I would expect a similar delta for any 16 > 32 device.

soory very noob question..what is ICS??
cannot install any apps to memory card?? icon_question.gif  icon_question.gif
*
Ice Cream Sandwich ie Android 4.0.x
Google changed the structure of the filesystem in ICS so apps can't "fake it" to move apps to SD anymore. Until someone figures out how to fake it again.

they don't have those apps BUT they provide an option whether to install those app or not. SPlanner and SMemo is a must for my daily use.

Gnote in Note1 xda apps forum is free, based on S-pen SDK, by dev masiullah.

Handy Note by appbody is only USD1.05 (2 x roti pisang or half the price of a Chatime cuppa)

I initially loved S-Memo, but the lack of portability started me searching for alternatives where I could export to other non-TW platforms.

Gnote only works with the S-pen SDK (2mb apk), so it still needs TW. Handy Note seems to have its own "dll" packaged together (20mb apk) but it provides almost all S-Memo functions, and works on other devices that do not have TW. It's also got Dropbox and email integration of sorts so you can export your HNF files for cross platform use.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?...te.google&hl=en

I strongly recommend Handy Note and pay for it. I did.

I use it to export files for use on my Huawei Mediapad (another damn fine machine but under-marketed by Huawei).

need help...any idea what is the problem?
Probably you need to sign in on a PC to provide your credit card info to Google Wallet first and approve saving it.
It will link to Google Play on your Android device. I did that about 1 year back so I cannot remember the steps.

Anyway, I'm happy that you decided to take the step to also use Handy Note. You will be amazed with its features man.

The only things that S-memo has better is the auto-shape and formula recognition...ah... y=mx+c anybody ? cool2.gif

+++1

Anyone else can help upmost here with Google Wallet procedure?

EDIT:

Just remembered = Some bank's credit cards CANNOT perform internet payment, usually local banks.
I use Citibank, so by default they allow up to RM500 before they call you. The local banks need you to apply for some authorisation and get a pin from them before u can do any internet purchase.

That looks like your problem.

Off topic a bit. How does one get into Maxis One Club?
In Note 2, under Power Saving Option - there is an option to limit CPU speed. Have not activated the Power Saving features since the Note 2's battery life is already very impressive.  drool.gif
They select you. Need minimum spend PER LINE of RM150/mo at least 1 year.

Not worth it. Last round they had some moc plan for another phone....crazy min commitment.....

So for my other 2 sets i've made individual accounts, so i can fully utilize all  icon_rolleyes.gif

Obviously, your colleague is experiencing the verb that is defined this way:

" v. to pleasure oneself through use of an Apple product. "

Do a google search of this exact phrase and i'm very certain we can all have a good laugh.

It's to do with data caching.

Best to test immed after reboot so cache is empty.

tried also...but sometime even reboot also get lower score, retry 2 or 3 times only get higher...lol

IT benchmark testing is the average of n tests, so u will get fluctuations in individual test. As for wide variance, could be cpu/gpu governor not boosting fast enough.

sorry for noob question here.
note2 display is non pentile.. may i know what does it differ with s3 or note1 and does it means it is not as good as s3?
*
See this:

http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_not...eview-824p3.php

You need a microscope to tell the difference.

Anyway, the s3 screen is brighter than the note1 screen, so it might be the same case with note2 (brighter).

No Note2 in hand to test anything. Probably will just root it for TiBackup and some monitoring tools, since according to our master Benny TW is now a joy to use.
