Depends on how wide the LTE coverage , now if they upgrade the DC-HSPA+ network already good enough. Perhaps DiGi is skipping all the upgrade and throw money into LTE instead thats why their line still super slow compared to others. Maybe the first rolling LTE by 2013 ? Hopefully dont klang valley only for first 6 months lol.

Try DiGi in densely populated areas like malls, Ampang/Cheras and try it in 3G enabled kampung areas like Bentong

Kampung areas are better by 10 folds compared to town areas. Thus I shall assume that DiGi has bad cell towers

Not yet launch.. Sometimes who know samsung will lower the price than ap set .. They r doing the final decision .. So be patient ..
