sure can use back your number, but you have to terminate your contract with celcom first if you wanna using back existing number, for mnp whole processing take 3-4 week.

If you wanna reduce the time, you can go to maxis center mnp your line to maxis prepaid/postpaid first then apply from me, because if you're maxis user whole process only take 2 week.

received my sim on Saturday, after made payment the day before that on Friday.
currently working and its confirm unlimited data plan.
planing to get 2 more account.

We just follow the package given by maxis, this 1 is postpaid plan in malaysia all postpaid plan must given 6% tax, i think your friend is maxis boss that's why no need pay tax
