I, Josh Lai, detailer of Opti Auto Detail, hereby show my public apologize to the Group Detailiens, for the wrongly accused statements of ripping off me and overpricing their products.

I sincerely apologize to KC, Jack and Kenneth for the disturbance I caused on spamming your phones for an explanation and I also apologize for the rude tone that I might have used when typing or talking to you all.

I hope that this will stop once and for all and we shall move on with our own paths of detailing whether I will stay as competitor or not, I will decide for my own.
