You can check the price for a similar item at AH.

If it can sell 1billion, I want to sell mine for 900million + 15% discount.

durability too low.. can only sell 8 million...

oh . . I thought the durability of an item is fixed . .

The +67 str and +66 int are bundled up as 1 roll.
8% life 1roll.
Total 2 rolls.

That's why sometimes you see 3 stat yellows:
100 str 1 roll
100 vit 1 roll
30 str + 30 vit 1 roll
random 1 roll

So you only see 130 str, 130 vit, and 1 random roll but it is rare.

.: not an extremely great roll.

I think can cap it max at 8m in my humble opinion
