Your last requirement will not be possible unfortunately, most stock laptops don't come with that kind of configurations (there are not that much bays for a HDD + SSD +optical drive; and most are not light at all
At least no the current generation of 15" powerhouses

But Nvidia cards should be better supported (please correct me if I'm wrong sifus)

In terms of design and user-friendliness, that Samsung is a good one
The processor is no match for any Intel processor (apart from Atom- this range of AMD APUs were built to compete with Atom anyway), but you do get long battery lives in return. 

The Dell Inspiron 14R SE wold be the best pick because of Dell's superb after sales service and also the faster HDD. But if you are not okay with the design, the Z480 would be a great choice as well.
Regardless of whether you opt for Dell or Lenovo, I would advice you to top up a little bit of money to extend warranty to 3 years onsite. it should be within your budget range if  you bargain
