Hi, the 2 model above, spec are near and retail price just RM100 different. Which one is recommended?

if i really need a new laptop now, should i stick with win7 or look for win8?

or base on my preference below, can u suggest me any?

Brand: any but no compaq.
Budget : around RM3K
Usage : movie streaming, suft net, office work, running VMware
Screen size: 14"
Demand : the laptop can last atleast 3 years, dont want budget series which might caused problem after 1 or 2 years.
