You may take out the external graphics when you go out, and only brings the 120w adapter(same as Y580).
Laptop weight wise(without external graphics), both are about the same.
At least you have the choice of doing some heavy gaming when you get back home, and insert the external graphics, and plug it in to the 170w adapter.
Extra RM800(RM3000 vs RM3800) for an extra 70-90 percent gaming performance increased is a definitely worth it.
Some more the design looks quite nice. Well, it depends on the person.
