Just a Canon LiDE 110,didn't have the money to buy the better one,but should be ok for the job.

Any tip on using scangear? Should i be not using any filter at all,not even unsharp mask?

Here a 7MB-lish png as the sample,after i scan as 600dpi and resized to 300dpi,without any edit.
