Dear Tuning Goddess of LYN,

Pls help this poor chap, seems that you have been neglecting some of your customers. I don't think it's nice to take their money and just ignore them afterwards. This is what we call customer service.

I know that you do alot of tuning for ur fellow kroni, but for those not part of ur kroni, which you have taken their money need to be treated fairly as well. If upfront you have mentioned, only 1 time remap, after that pay more for upgrade or problem, then it's their problem, else you may need to refund their money, cause it seems that some is not satisfied with your service and come and look for me.

Pls take care of your customers, and not making up excuses not to help them. There are also a few that have been complaining not getting your attention, pls do something. I can't be cleaning up ur *u-know-what*

Hint: If you can't remember all of ur customers because bz counting money, his name is Matthew. Matthew, if you're reading this, sorry bro, I have told you many times I can't help you, hopefully by this post, the goddess can spend some of his love for u.
