6.5 JJ means 6.5" width ... 

6.5 x 25.4 = 165.1mm width

inspira rim offset should be + 46

so what does this means ??? this means from the CENTER of the rim width ... the rim goes 46mm inwards...

in this case ... 165.1mm / 2 = 82.55 mm is the center .. 

so the mounting point is actually .. 82.55mm + 46 mm = 128.55mm (inwards)

the rim width is 165.1mm ... from the center of the mounting point .. 128.55mm goes more inwards ... so left 36mm comes out from the mounting point ... understand boh ????
means stock RIM the rim shd stuck out around 36mm from the mounting point ...

so now take wira rim as example .. 16 x 8 JJ ..

8 x 25.4 = 203.2 mm

203.2 mm = 101.6 mm (center)

offset for wira rim .. +50 .. 50 mm more inwards
151.6mm inwards ...

203.2mm - 151.6mm = 51.6 mm

so compare to STOCK RIM .. my wheels are about 15mm more outwards ... and also 30mm more inwards ... lolzzz

wrong question.. offset depends on wheel size as well.. i mean width..

btw now about my FC i still got half a tank of fuel after remap by k3

most aftermarket wheels for 18" .. comes with 7.5jj or 8jj .. some 8.5jj .. 9jj quite rare..

lets count the width ..

7.5jj = 190.5mm
8jj = 203.2mm
8.5jj = 215.9mm
9jj = 228.6mm

center point ..
7.5jj -> 190.5mm / 2 = 95.25mm
8jj -> 203.2mm/2 = 101.6 mm
8.5 jj -> 215.9mm / 2 = 107.95 mm
9jj -> 228.6mm /2 = 114.3mm

Stock wheels is 128.55 mm inwards..
Lancer wheels is 134.9mm inwards ..
my wira rim is 151.6mm inwards ... (slightly scratch when FULL turn on some occasion ..) .. so i would says the safe inwards clearance max up to 150mm

lets take 150 mm as max guidance ..

for ...

7.5jj --> 150 - 95.25mm --> +55 offset (max)
8jj --> 150 - 101.6mm --> +49 offset (max)
8.5jj --> 150 - 107.95mm --> + 42 offset (max)
9jj --> 150 - 114.3mm --> + 36 offset (max)

so there is the basic guide for you which would clear ur wheels....
but do notice .. the wider wheels means it will stuck out of ur wheel arch more ... my 8jj is just nice with 50 offset ..

juz for ur info ...

if the wheel stuck out too much .. i think more then 1.5cm .. law enforcer can kacau u ..

but the more concern is it should not be going too inwards .. it will scrub ur arch ...

EVO X rims should be 18 x 8.5" at +35 offset ..

215.9 mm / 2 = 107.95

107.95 + 35 = 142.95mm inwards .. so it is okay ..

but .. 215.9 - 142.95 = 72.95 ... it stuck out quite a lot

chassis number below 14000 u will still have all the hidden wiring and feature...

most 2.0e still have old stock..

my 2 cents.. dun get car tat is less than 3 months old.. bcoz paint not yet settle down.. easier to get stone chip..

Go there can still use lrt, but to go back to ur massage hotel[COLOR=blue]  , its either taxi or joyride with crazy inspilala

where got not cold.. u push to colder end see...
u must remember urs is manual aircon.. so left side cold.. right side hot.. the scale for cold one is smaller compare to other car coz right side is for hot.. so u have to push more towards left to get more cold..
