does anyone use data monitoring app? I used to use my data manager but after using bbs, realised that it was keeping my phone awake for an unacceptable amount of time. currently using droidstats which is not keeping my phone awake but the gui not very pretty. quite plain looking. prefer something nice like my data manager app. wondering if anyone uses any nice app that doesn't drain my battery n keep my phone awake.

Sorry didn't read your post properly. Well, there was one but can't remember the name. Let me see if that pops up and will keep you informed of the app's name.

Engadget confirms that Samsung is coming out with s3 mini 4inch lol. It is speculated to be the same spec. But if it is 2gb and is much cheaper, I might consider "downgrade" a bit lol. As I wish to type with a

So it will be smaller than S2 then. Hmm, interesting. If got 64G internal with 2G RAM and same quadcore, i will be very very tempted depending on the price of course.

Search for the telcos that have the strongest signal at your house and office/school. No point buying good smartphone but tied with contract and getting poor network signal.

I fully agree with you on that. I don't think the price difference is significant enough for you to suffer the stress of a poor reception.

Can I ask if anyone knows the method to connect our s3 to our laptop (Windows xp) to use its internet? for instance when you are traveling, if there is no WiFi but the hotel has an internet that you can connect your laptop to via the lan cable, so how do we go onto the laptop internet with our s3?

Thanks in advance

Thanks Dark_Angel85. looks like I will have to troubleshoot the program. tried to set it up last week but I couldn't get it to work. was using the trial version to see whether it works before paying for it.
any other programs out there that anyone can suggest?

Agree 110%. first ask yourself why is the custom rom n kernel better than stock. Then you will know if it is worth it for you to flash.

You have to respect the seller for being honest with the full true specs of the fake device and the clear disclaimer for being imitation. The quality is what you get for the price.
