It not taking long time to exchange for you, I have replace it by rm25 and they just take a new micro sim and update it for you personal info then direct can use.

Did anyone get this "Currently unable to download. Please try again later" message when startup the phone?
I have try clear the Google Play data which work to solve this problem last but this time it still same appear when phone start up.
No idea what it gonna download when startup there. hmm.gif
