guys i need help!! i rooted my sgs3...then i flash miui rom...but later it says my phone is not rooted altho im running miui...and all my backup and apps gone...pls help..all my contacts are gone..urgent

i rooted my phone..now want to flash MIUI rom, but i cant get the MIUI zip file to my sdcard/phone memory...the transfer wont go through....how?

How do i add icon shortcuts here, its not the same as lock screen shortcuts... Help pls.. Thanks
