i want to flash the malaysia firmware.. is the link correct? i want to download it.. i noticed the 'XME'..

i was flashing the ARHD rom before.. i want to revert back to stock firmware, which is 4.0.4.. when im done flashing, it stays at the samsung logo.. what should i do?
