Guys wanna ask, i wanna buy used set of s3. but the phone already rooted. my question is, is it a problem for me to claim warranty later if something happen? will it void the warranty if the phone is rooted?

If you root, warranty is basically void. However, you can easily undo root by flashing back stock stuffs and clear the counter. Kautim

Guys, anyone playing assasin's creed with ur s3? After I dl the packet, game start, but no in full screen... and it just stuck in menu.. cant tap to "game start" or anything. was trying to minimize it by using homekey, doesn't work also.. after that 1min later, in close it self and pop out "assasin creed has close unexpected".

Anyone encounter such?

ya don't have problem but note 2 battery if use on s3 sure awesome and battery life sure better than in note 2 due to smaller screen, slower processor speed and 1gb ram
but NFC not working, is okay for me since NFC is useless in Malaysia
yet me everyday need to charge my phone once, worried keep charge like this 1 day my battery will spoil
only do following things only (surf internet, facebook, twitter, update apps, update weather, take photo for study, play games) and battery drop to 60%
always charge until full before go to college study
and got use better battery stat (bbs) to check what apps drain battery, meh is all those wifi signal, etc ...

Just flashed to latest Sweden JB Rom XXDLIH, there is no multiscreen function as found in Japan S3 model.

Gosh I want to upgrade to  NOTE 2 also but i Love S3 !
