Saw a video recently that allows stock S3 users to move applications to external SD card using (what looks like) the Android SDK tools. Has anyone tried it?

Can I root but still be able to keep stock ROM and also update to official JB in the future?
Also, how come this is not for 64GB cards? I've read the thread and can't see why QUOTE Moving gameloft data to external (not for 64GB cards) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1410262 |

QUOTE(tigerporc @ Oct 11 2012, 04:39 PM) Bro fallenout has a reply here Directory Bind for S III users If lazy to read... answer is ExFat on 64GB cards has issues QUOTE(ranc79 @ Oct 11 2012, 04:41 PM) you had misunderstood between root n flashing rom.. root is only allow u to hv admin priviledge.. means you still retain the stock rom. root won't effect anything and you will still be able to update to the official JB... Thanks for the fast repliesI knew that but I never tried rooting stock and then updating with official updates |
