Try to use manual screen brightness instead of automatic, setting it to 50% or below. You can disable wifi and data connection if you're not using it that frequent, turn it on only when you need to use it.Disable all auto syncing will help as well.You can set the sleep timer below the 1min default setting, as this will off the screen earlier and safe some power.Monitor your task manager once in a while to kill off running apps and processes. Using a black background wallpaper will help save power as well because of S.AMOLED screen.

Type *#0011# to open a service menu> options key > wifi > set wifi power saving to OFF.
(NOTE : disabling this may consume more battery. leave it ON unless you're having wifi connection issues)

plug in a usb connector, and then a usb card reader (or external device), it will read the card reader (or any external device) and automatically open up my files app and directly to the directory of the SD ( in the case of other devices, it will be up and ready to use)

1. go to /system/etc
2. open up default_gain.conf
3. notice the term "output volume" or "speaker volume", if applied the patch will be 63, so this is the value you are gonna change
4. how do you find what you wanna edit? well, see the term "modifier"? thats like the which part of the audio output to configure for your device, then there is this "SupportedDevice }" line, below it will determine what output hardware it will be going to use to sing, in there, find the line {"Speaker Volume", 63} and adjust values
5. You can also boost/reduce ringtone loudness by going to the modifier "Ringtone" and change the "speaker volume"
5. save it and reboot

Open sixaxis apps and press start, it will start detecting bluetooth controller. Press "power" button on controller now and wait it to connect. It will show connected "Client : 1" something like this.

After that press menu to configure you game profile key mapping

This apps seem not support for USB connection because when i tried it, it fail

Ouch. My baby S3 had its first drop today from waist height, screen DOWN, with only ROCK Quicksand casing and Nillkin SP on. My heart broke into thousand pieces and I didn't dare to pick it up for a moment (was thinking, damn, cracked screen, damn, RM600, damn, should've bought the Melkco flip leather casing earlier, damn it's not gonna be the same anymore). But phew, thankfully x9999999999, not a single scratch observed so far...

so mahal? i slipped my s3 w/o casing at toilet. should be around 1.5 mtr no scratch but SP peeled off 1% over the edge only. dropped screen hit the floor. damn scary i worried got inner part broken inside..

Talking about cracks, I notice mine near the headphones jack port,  there's a line like a scratch but can't feel it with the fingernails but definitely can be seen clearly.  Dunno how it got there  .
Yesterday drop my s3 from waist level,  dunno why hand suddenly stop working  . Watch the phone drop,  landing on its back,  of course I have a flip leather case.  Lucky no cracks if not sure cry
