actually YES, you can ask 1 on 1 xchange at the dealer cause under 24 hour or only 1 day, FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHT, try to do it at dealer first, ask for new SEALED set, dont be a pussies and let them take your phone for repair, ASK FOR EXCHANGE, but you must do it today, dont delay it, TODAY
if you bring to sc most probably they will only take it in and repair it not exchange
and if you do bring it to SC instead, bring your receipt, since probably your phone still hasnt been register in the computer yet
