I got 32~ Celcius on standby.. and up to 44 Celcius when browsing internet continuously

This is my first android phone so I need feedback, it feels quite hot in my hand, Is this considered normal or something is wrong?

Sorry for the noob question but can someone please advise from where do I check the phone temperature? TQ.

why are there so many people complaining about this device?
- battery drains too fast
- phone shuts down by itself
- camera led flash not working
- gets hot very quickly
- lag when reading contents from sd card and so on so forth

i realise the past 2 nights i text my friends, we always don't receive sms even though we have already sent it.

why is the jelly bean release country by country? why cannot one big bang? i understand there are 2 strains of jelly bean - 1 us jelly bean , and 1 international jelly bean. so for international jelly bean, why just cannot one big bang? are the jelly bean different from country to country for international version(i don't think so)? or they using countries like poland, hongkong, taiwan, korea and such as test beds?

How? Overall my s3 usage consider good? 1 thing I don't like the android is, why there don't let us close the apps completely, why when I close certain apps, there still running in background? Lol
