I wonder what's wrong. Been charging for 2 hours but it went up from 4% to 40% only. Any idea why is it charging so slow?

I think should be this

from home screen click phone> left key > call settings > call alert > uncheck "alert on all calls"

not sure if it is the same or not as I am using Jelly bean

then said

if they tell u a phone
then ask
if i go out tmr n buy still same problem
is it u will refund me the phone + my wasted time n bla bla bla

What kernel you are using?

Siyah? If Siyah, tweak it at the charger voltage to ensure is 1,000.

If you change kernel from SIyah to others, this is very common. Only way is to do a clean wipe (faced it when I try change form Siyah to Perseus).

b4 this it took me 4 hour to charge from 1% to 100%, so i change the usb cable to my previous sony ericsson's phone usb cable and the charging time is 2 hour..Using samsung plug btw..

Can I make the conclusion that the samsung's usb cable is faulty?

the real charging time is only require 2 hours, if more than that means charger faulty
