Guys i wonder should i file a complaint to mcmc.
I've made a request to do a service relocation on 29th october.
They never called me back untill i had to personally call their careline on the 4th november.
They told me have to wait 7 working days.
I received msg saying request cancelled because no port on the 11th.
This one i call myself also.
I ask them to double check again because no way port is not available at my area.
I made a report again shortly after.
Was notified to wait 3 working days.
On the 15th i called again. Same no port.
This time they call me on a wrong time. I'm at a dentist.
I was injected with anesthesia on my mouth and i say please call me back later because i had trouble speaking.
CS from taipan dont seems to understand at all. Kept speaking on her own and refuse to put down the phone. She only stop her conversation when she's done with what she said. Line quality was pretty bad too since the dental clinic seems to have bad reception there.
In the end i had to said please call me back again.
Looked at my watch was 5:30pm. The CS from taipan never call back after that.
Though i remember she said that she will assign a technician to install the phone first which i said ok to proceed.
On the next week still no sign of anything. No calls and i decided to call again which is the 18th.
Same shyt. Request cancelled because no port.
I told them to double check because i remember cs taipan had made a request to install my telephone line first but how come cancel request. They say might be because my area all ports full

I told them to make a request again. they said 3 working days.
I kind of shocked because my area very few users use telephone line.
I had survey this before. i took the trouble to go from house to house to ask like a salesman.
I did not ask further because it might irritate them.
On the 22th i call again. Same cancelled due to no port.
This time i'm rather frurstrated because i came to suspect that their system is not updated.
They're not doing it because due to shortage of staff.
They're not bother to doing it because it's end of the year soon and many were on leaves.
They just dont want to get tied to anything.
I made another final attempt to call on 25th again. Same thing. This time it's a male cs who's able to communicate properly. I relate to him what is wrong. He told me same thing port not available because full. I told him my place not much user for tm. He explain that it might not be available. I told again that the dslam cabinet is less than 800meters or probably less than 500meters. How can it be not available.
Told him if things not done i'll have to issue a complaint on tmpoint taipan. Because all cancellation was done by tmpoint taipan.
Today is 29th .Once again i call them up to check my request status and ask them how they going to do about my bill.
My bill has arrived with a new outstanding for october.
I'm billed for a service i never used for a month.
The emails i sent in through their online customer support is totally useless.
No responce at all. I sent more than 6 in total and none were responded.
