torrent is base on seeder & tracker,

check your torrent client software whether the tracker is been blocked and whether your torrent is high seeder

u need

1) torrent port unblock

2) torrent need high seeder

3) u need to make sure the tracker in torrent u download isn't block by your ISP

4) u can manually add tracker sites to it so it can easily find more tracker to seed you the file

then u will see the real date for your internet installation and the billing cycle is 25th,..

and now TM streamyx is adjusting all billing into same day 25th,..

so between your date -> 25th there is a pro rated,...

you should ask the technician to set 5118 for you because after plus and minus,. it will be just nice fit 4Mbps,..

but if you are under 4092/4096,.. u will end up with 3.3~3.4Mbps,.
