I surf the internet and it says that the phrase means that your internet is not encrypted
another thing is someone can enter your wifi becoz your wifi is like a public wifi it open for everyone This might make you vulnerable by some hacker
check if you has already encrypt it to either WPA or WPA2 but better use WPA2 because it has AES for the encryption
or don't let your wifi in open access mode and disable your ssid broadcast or do both if you can to protect your privacy but most important is the encryption

i want to ask what is the login and password on the page 192.168.1.1
the password need to add 4 last digit of the modem mac id like adm@macid
do i even need to add @ between it or no do i need to use capital letter on the pass or login

mine is riger db120wl
and do the mac id digit need to use capital letter and put @ between it

i just check my internet mode and g.dmt is the only mode available how do i wan to upgrade the mode
other mode like adsl2 or 2+ when i choose it no internet connection...
plus my line is 2mbps but get the speed of 1mbps

streamyx 4mbps will have a 450kBps download speed if you are capped at 4mbps while it is 550kBps if you are capped at 5mbps
but the speed is vary on your copper quality sometime it slow sometime its fast
plus its weird that unifi have apply the quota i though it is still unlimited

at first i thought that you mean that unifi have implement the quota ,yes port easily been fill by people so no port will available to some people
but tm will add new port if you request it i think

you can ask them nicely to cap your downstream or you can complaint to them that your line are slow like some of the forum people do

yes you pay the exact price even though you are capped to 5mbps but for streamyx the upload speed will be 512kbps if i'm not wrong that is 50kBps

i'm not even on 4mbps or even 2mbps i'm only on 1mbps but the weird thing is my statistic show that my line capable of having 2mbps speed
many people already had good time with 4mbps until they can even change to 8mbps

plus if your house still doesn't have copper line its mean they can install new line

the tm stock modem disconnected me many time. i restart it and suddenly the internet light turned red

my snr drop to 14.0 starting from 7pm to 7am
it seems that i need to restart the modem to make the snr return to normal
why do tm modem cant automatically do it
the snr can only return to normal at 7am
im on 1mbps
normal snr 40 to 43
normal line atten 12 to 14

today streamyx seam to have no connection. the dns have problem so i change the dns at the router setting and now it works. do you guys have any problem

your stat shows that you are already 4mbps user that cap on 5mbps
