I'm not quite sure... But I think TM already upgrade my Internet...
They don't inform me... and I'm outside the whole day... When I went back, see modem config page... Downstream already changed  But my speedtest and download speed won't go more than 2mbps XD~~~ Gonna change my modem tonite... |

Does anyone here uses TPLink W8961 modem/router?
Is it normal for the modem to connect to the internet in >1 minutes... Sometimes.. i feel like the reconnecting takes very long... compared to my old Dlink DSL504T... :/ And.. how my IP can be reserved for devices in the LAN section... After adding a few... seems like it says the DHCP table is FULL! |

Upgraded last week... Connction changed from 1 to 4mbps in 3 days... They finalized everything on Monday (they came to my house to do something...but im not home...)

I donno what the technician did when he came to my house.. i'm not around...
But surely there's no modem and phone.. coz I upgrade my package from BB 1mbps > BB 4mbps... Bought a new modem instead XD |

For new installation.. there's supposedly be a modem + cordless phone

I just asked them if they I can upgrade just via 100.. without going to TMPoint (Coz i'm sure my area support 4mbps).. and she said no problem..
So I proceed to upgrade... And they directly offer 130/month |

Is there any way to ask TM to incrase upload speed?
