See neighbor angle.
Astro 91.5 is the easiest to aim liao.

Try aim other see brows.gif

btw...anyone got experience diy this setting??

in between when u adjust the dish..the signal on screen is it stay or go up n down as we adjust?

i only can remember that once u got signal..it got 'tuttt' sound...

am i correct?

I tell you Astro Signal Quite Sensitive.
Only facing in one direction, last time my neighbour installing a awning knocked abit the Dish. Need move the Astro left right....

Btw, isn't there's Astro On The Go?

In order to DIY, get a reference point from your neighbours.
Then slow position until you hear clear speaking audio and video from your TV and done smile.gif

Satellite is not WiFi , not so easy find one brows.gif

It will only got signal when angle correct then baru fine tune.

You need accuracy to be inside 5 degree only, out of that range no signal.

angle is easy but elevation is freaking hard.

Astro Installation
Service charge for service call requests

How much is the standard service charge for service call requests?
The standard service charge is RM50.00 for Peninsular Malaysia and RM80.00 for Sabah & Sarawak. Please note that the service charge for service call requests applies beyond the equipment warranty period. Any additional charges will depend on the problem e.g. LNB replacement/DMT repair/ ODU relocation etc.

Relocation charges:
Dismantling - RM50
Reinstallation - RM100 (including 20 metres of cable**)
New satellite dish request due to loss/damage - RM150 (including installation and 20 metres off cable**)
**Addition cable - RM2.50 per metre

btw..the coaxial cable to BNC socket how to connect???

coz got 1 thin layer of aluminium inside...that one need to remove or not???

something like this..
just cant connect like normal potong wayar and tape it..
me done that once..but not working..

and for signal..i thought they use a meter to sync it
if not not working properly..like my MIL's house
didint call astro installer but DIY..
then even if little rain(renyai2) oso no signal...
