Handycafe error 1001, cannot view remote dekstop

hi all.
im using handycafe for my cyber cafe. nothing wrong before this. and then this morning i try to view my client pc using remote management. and i got error 1001. please someone fix my problem. i have no idea what to do after google this error.  tq all. |
