A month? I'm not that sure but I personally think that you will get it after working for 2 months.
I'm currently working in private sector. Frankly, quite good pay for me.. Imagine a normal guy, supported just with HND from some crap college <- no offense to myself.
Plus some additional certificates, low level of experience, but very hardworking. 
Great intention in learning new things as soon as possible. Currently, working as a IT Manager. (Thanks to the almighty God!)One day, I'll try goment sector! Experience is fun!
