what he does is u pay him, he give u a psn acc with pwd, u activate the game on ur ps3 and download then he change the acc pwd , u can play any games u download via any other psn acc u have, no problem,

if u wanna sell it, u pm him, ask for new acc pwd , and sell to another ps3, while u deactivate yours..
