but pbbseller mixed up bad.. once i received 2 copy of cyrsis 2 from their black friday offer... i order only 1.. have to went to poslaju and post it back.. no thank you... nothing.. not even ask what is the postage charge to return... i have to email them said postage charge is..and i ask for store credit because of convenience rather than to refund RM6 ...
the last straw on the camel's back is... when i order a GOW:Asscesion CE(promo price RM180 + RM10 - RM6 store credit).... not posted as promised.. last2 i received a RM599 Steelseries Siberia V2 Dota 2 Edition.... after 3-4 day call me like i am the culprit... asking me to return... yes it is NOT mine... i WANT to return it.. in fact i did not even open the box when i see it is the wrong parcel.. but got apology for my time to go to poslaju like last time? no... so lansi said poslaju will come and collect.. fine.. i said, please refund RM184 for the GOW and RM6 - total RM190...now already 2 weeks plus .. no refund... and owh... i also wont return the headset until i got full refund...
reason for the mixed up.. poslaju mixed up my parcel... i bet poslaju is NOT doing the packing and sticking the consigment note at the box... come on....
after 1 month... if i in dire need of money.. i'll sell the headset for what it is worth to me..RM190... i gain nothing.. i lose nothing... pbbseller must carefull to train their employee and a lesson that mixed up order is bad for bussiness...

edit add on: not to say pbbseller is the worst.. there are worst seller out there... but i am moving my bussiness to heavyarm or.. simply support local game shop like cuteburger and konami..
