How about Wii U? Anyone grabbing unit? Looks pretty good with bumped up HD capability. List of games also not bad. Since I don't really fancy mobile gaming...looking forward to Wii U.

looking at all the reviews, I would say Wii U is a disappointment

if you purchase it, you have to download a Day 1 patch for the console (don't know the size, but pretty big)

and if you don't download it, many features aren't available, including backwards Wii game support

and games that looks promising like ZombiU & Mario Bros U are not living up to the standards, 7/10 at best (although have to admit, ZombiU looks interesting)

other games like Mass Effect 3 , Black Ops 2 & Batman Arkham City all can be played on my other consoles

overall, I'm going to wait for a few months, see what games that comes up & decide whether to buy it or not

no need rumor, sony and xbox confirm coming with new next gen, its just matter of when only, current gen games sales are doing kindda ok for them...and games developers are getting comfortable at ps3's toolkit... introducing next gen too early might not be a smart idea... since sony overall sales did indeed at lost still...

I'm looking at an additional year or two. Anyway...
