same.3 years+.bought it 3 month after released & after my phat died

I experienced couple of times with my Ni No Kuni Limited Edition Slim PS3. My fatty is half dead. It's been a while I didn't switched off my fatty. It's just another piece of decoration.

Well, if my slim is dead, I'm going to grab another one. Muahahahahaha!

I just got two units. One original, one slim. The original is having some YLOD symptoms, auto three beeps and auto shut down. Thereafter, bought Ni No Kuni (Limited Edition) Slim and been using it ever since. Transferred some stuff over by using erm...I forgotten the name of the cable. Some trophies are missing and my play history a bit messed up.

I don't think my Ni No Kuni console is even one year. Hmmm...maybe it's because quit some games while it's still loading. Hahahaha. So far there's not much problem. As long as it can last for 2 year (it's good enough for me).

Looking forward to PC gaming next year. Still undecided because of work commitment and stuff.

have u check the hdd???

sometimes hdd failure also the main cause of auto shutdown etc.

have any of ur game data corrupted yet?ps3 freeze after playing for a long time?got friend who have this symptom and change his hdd and no prob anymore.

HDD is one of the culprits. It's one of the moving parts in PS3 system. Anyway, my Slim unit is working fine. It's just that (once a while) I'll quit the game straight and that is not really a good idea if the game is still in the process of loading.

How about Wii U? Anyone grabbing unit? Looks pretty good with bumped up HD capability. List of games also not bad. Since I don't really fancy mobile gaming...looking forward to Wii U.
