go police station and make a report, they will pass your case to inspector, you can ask help from inspector, give he the details of the con man, they will find out the address and any contact details of the con man, then maybe you can call someone together go wrack him 99

my own experience:
the inspector gave me the address of the con man, i text him and show him the address i found, for the last warning, if he never refund for me, i will just let the police settle the case, he will be catch and sue on court, the money you con me just leave it! (Police responsibility to catch him but not to get your money back... >_<)

he direct bank in back to me after few hours i texted

1. they will post a letter to the con man
2. the con man will sign and receive the letter
3. the letter inside is a form to let the con man fill it up
4. the con man need to post back the letter with filled form to KPDNKK
5. KPDNKK will process and send another letter to the con man again, to inform the con man come visit KPDNKK
6. Me and the conman will face to face in the office of KPDKNKK
7. the con man need to refund to me or anything
8. done

I think if u have a valid police report u can request the bank for her address and IC. Btw make sure shes in Jail for 2 years minimum.
