do you have the expiry dates?

How did I make my enquiry sound like "trouble for others" I have no idea. If I did, I am sorry.
I have sincerely asked that question because I was interested in getting the coffee. Coffee, unlike wine, does taste different, less flat, as it ages.

However, I am appalled that you replied to a potential customer like this. When you are selling groceries/ food, online somemore, shouldnt you have expected and be prepared to entertain enquiries on expiry dates?

If I wanted to be a joker, I could have just slam some criticisms down (eg "He sells expired coffee) rather than ask you a question about the product you are selling.

From a customer's perspective (plus I worked in the F&B industry), I would like to suggest that customer service is a strong key to good sales and growth.
