Best price for Syno Ds214se or any other model that suits my requirement as/for:

1. Home use
2. Backup
3. Media Server
4. 2 bays HDD (or 4 if price below than 1K)
5. Raid

and pls let me know the max hdd size of each bays for each of the model...

Edit: and price for 2x1TB hdd as well

I dont know about LG, but i've no problem connecting my samsung smart tv through DLNA (all share). My connection to synology can be established via smart hub or native tv source. There is also an app by synology called DS video for samsung smart tv for you to play any supported video files. I believe it will be the same case for LG tvs.

Edit: And a lot more u can do with synology dsm eg turn ur old printer into google cloud print-enabled/air print, cron job, vpn server, download manager. It's simply a replacement for ur old server-pc, if u need one.
