If aftermarket ones, probably they do not seat properly when fixed to axle hubs....
If aftermarket ones, with these centre cones fitted, there is almost no movement plus rims are centralised?

noob question. the gear spring, u replace it by dismantling the upper part or else?

if i were to locate the spring, do i dismantle the gear's console and whichever i can reach when sitting on the driver's seat? or i needa jack car?

Within warranty period drop off, all you need to do is snap some photo regarding the incident, make a huge write up saying your personal safety is greatly compromised due to the purchased of serious manufacturing defects(so it's not warranty issue anymore). Then, if you like to demand for higher claim, get a lawyer to endorse your document and submit to Plotong. When Plotong pay your claim, you'll have to split "profit" with lawyer base on your agreement. If you like to do it yourself, please state clearly in your document you've made copies to your mother with commissioner of oath stamping & seal(copyright), incase if anything happen to document owner, the document and wording will be the legal last will.

Steps Plotong might take:
1) Send somebody to your house and had your car fixed
2) Pay ransom
3) Go legal action
