But for FLX, I think the IAFM+ components and CVT gearbox is still new and rare, no halfcuts nor workshops that are familiar with it. If it kong you may not have much choice than to send it back to Proton. If the warranty is void on this both items....well prepare to be potong like a carrot.

CVT does seems to lack the punch during daily drive, but it truly shines when attacking slopes. Drive the FLX SE up genting once (especially with L gear), and you will be very grateful for the CVT brows.gif brows.gif

Campro is less fuel efficient than other similiar displacement engines or even high displacement engines, so more effort is needed to maintain low FC.

If you drive a 1.3 Campro like you drive a 1.5 Honda or Toyota, confirm your FC will suffer. Since you drive a manual, davidke20 and lhwj should be able to give you some pointers.

FS, VS, GC, filters do very little to affect FC.

FS and filters improve driveability so if you adjust your driving style to take advantage of it, it may gain you a slightly bit more distance per liter. But if you drive the same way, it will still be the same.

The biggest factor is still the driver. You wanna get good FC, install a vacuum meter or OBD2 scanner to see exactly how your footwork is affecting your FC and compensate accordingly.
